Who we are

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, pincode, phone number and email address. We need all of these to deliver a physical parcel to you and to contact you if something goes wrong.

If you subscribe to our festival emails, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or netbanking password. Online payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own systems. We receive only a payment reference and a success or failure result.

Who we share it with

• Our courier partner, so they can deliver your parcel. They receive your name, address and phone number only.
• Razorpay, our payment processor, for online payments.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, for any purpose.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your marketing preferences at any time.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember what is in your cart between visits. It stays in your browser and is not sent anywhere.

Your rights

Write to contact@murugandevotee.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.
