Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Write to contact@murugandevotee.com or WhatsApp us on +91 73052 21235 with your order number. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled — treat it as a return instead.

Returns

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packing, and in resaleable condition.

We accept returns for: - Damage in transit - The wrong item being sent - A manufacturing defect - A change of mind, provided the item is unused and unopened

We cannot accept returns for: - Items showing use, oil residue, soot or polish marks - Items returned without their original box or packing - Anything reported more than 7 days after delivery

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the outer packing. We arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You pay nothing.

Change-of-mind returns

Return shipping is at your cost, and the original shipping charge (if any was paid) is not refunded. Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, we refund the item value.

How refunds are paid

• Online payments (UPI, card, netbanking) are refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay.
• If an order was paid any other way, we refund by UPI or bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed it.

Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Your bank then takes a further 5–7 working days to credit it — that part is outside our control.
