Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where a struck-through price is shown, it is the manufacturer's or our own earlier list price for the same item.

We may change prices at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the item. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we suspect fraud.

Product images and descriptions

Metal finish, tone and grain vary between individual castings. Photographs are representative; small variations in shade and finish are normal in brass and cast metal and are not a defect.

Dimensions are approximate, to the nearest quarter inch.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
