Questions about this
The things people ask us most before ordering.
Is Murugan the same as Kartikeya and Subramanya?
Yes — the same deity. Murugan in Tamil Nadu, Kartikeya in the north, Subramanya in Karnataka and Andhra. Our idols are in forms recognised across all three traditions.
Why is the peacock shown with Murugan?
The peacock is his vahana, his mount. An idol showing Murugan with the Vel in hand and the peacock at his side is the form most Tamil households keep at the centre of the pooja room.
Can I keep this idol in a home pooja room?
Yes — these are sized for a home shelf rather than a temple niche. Traditionally the idol faces east or west, and is placed above floor level.
Where can I buy this online in India?
Here — we ship to every serviceable pincode in India from Chennai. Orders of ₹500 and above ship free; below that there is a flat ₹49 charge shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days within Tamil Nadu, three to five across the rest of South India, and four to eight elsewhere in India. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day usually go out the same day.

Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay — UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or CVV.

Photograph the parcel before opening and contact us within 48 hours. We arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You pay nothing. Every item is bubble-wrapped individually and double-boxed for this reason.
